FAQ
Senior students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals — regardless of their university or city. A specialized background or extensive experience is not required. What we look for is the way you think and your ability to get things done. The internship is a great fit for those who want to work on real business challenges from their first month.
Your CV opens the door, but business cases make the difference. In our cohort-based selection, you'll face an individual task and a team case game at our office — that’s how we evaluate your thinking and working style.
In the individual task, we don’t look for a single "right" number — we focus on structure: break down the problem, state your assumptions, and build a clear argument that leads to a well-founded recommendation.
In the case game, we assess teamwork: your ability to listen and build on others' ideas, step into a role, argue your position clearly, and help the group reach a conclusion on time — without dominating the discussion.
One rule applies equally to your CV and to the cases: specificity and delivering results matter far more than general statements.
Yes. The program is designed to allow for this balance: 25–40 hours per week, with options for office, hybrid, or remote work depending on your schedule. That said, the internship involves genuine immersion in workflows — not occasional or episodic involvement. Combining it with studies is possible, but requires consistent engagement.
The format depends on the track and the nature of the tasks: office, hybrid, or remote. Some roles require onsite presence, while others can be carried out fully online. Specific arrangements are discussed during the interview stage.
It is built around real work, not hypothetical case studies. From the first month, you solve tasks that directly impact team performance — working under a formal contract with transparent pay. Every intern is assigned a dedicated mentor, and you have the opportunity to rotate across tracks. Top-performing interns receive a permanent job offer upon completion of the program.
Yes. Each intern is paired with a mentor from the team who helps you get up to speed, understand the bigger picture, and provides regular feedback. This support enables you to become fully productive faster.
You work on real assignments that directly affect team results. The scope of tasks varies by track: Commercial & Business Development, Supply Chain & Operations, Analytics / Project Office / IT — HR / Legal / Quality / Finance. Full-scale work tasks are assigned from the very first month.
It comes down to the quality of your work: initiative, responsibility, the ability to deliver results, and a constructive approach to feedback. Interns who become people the team can rely on without constant supervision are the ones who receive a job offer.
You apply for a specific vacancy or join our talent pool. HR contacts you when a suitable role becomes available. The process typically includes two interviews — with HR and with the hiring manager — along with a test assignment. If there’s a mutual fit, you receive an offer.
Cohort-based intake takes place twice a year and is more competitive. We usually receive over 1,000 applications. The stages include screening, an individual assignment, and a team case game held at our office. The final stage is an interview — candidates who move through successfully may receive an offer. Each cohort typically admits 10–15 people. This format offers more opportunities for rotations, exposure to different functions, and building a strong intern community.
